    In 2010 I sought a classical Pilates instructor and found Natasha! I’ve done twice a week mat classes and private reformer sessions with Natasha for the past 15 years. Natasha is so skilled and experienced in anatomy and biomechanics that, at 74 years old, I never hesitate to attend my sessions, even after shoulder surgery and cancer recovery. Natasha makes appropriate modifications to benefit my health, strength and recovery. Pilates with Natasha is challenging, fun and energizing!

    There is an adage "You get what you pay for" and a Pilates session with Natasha is an example of this. Natasha provides her expert instructions to her clients. After always first asking, "How is your body doing today?" she makes sure that I don't give a half-hearted effort during the session and that my mind and body are fully engaged. If I do have a slight muscle ache, she customizes the session for me to still get the most benefit from it. In addition, Natasha encourages her clients to embrace healthy goals. For me, Natasha suggested that I keep a food diary and to have annual medical checkups. I feel that my sessions with Natasha are a great investment in my health and well-being and I highly recommend her services.
